Can you hear?

Can you hear it in my poems The tears that I had cried? Can you see the scar through my eyes? As it bleeds inside Does my heart confuses you Like it confuses me? I will like to let you in But you don't understand how hard it is for me My heart still bleeds Can't you hear it in the way I speak Can you hear my heart beat how it slowly beats Trying to stay alive As I scream inside You will never know how damage I am inside Only I As I die With that secret inside Can you hear?
