Court Rules "Cocktail" Not Cruel And Unusual

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the "cocktail" of three drugs administered during a the death phase of capital punishment (actually killing the person) does not constitute cruel and unusual punishment, even if it is sometimes administered incorrectly.
