In The "Run That By Me One More Time" Department

The state of Washington's Supreme Court turned over a 1999 decision that made it illegal for candidates to lie about their opponents. The new ruling maintained that making lying illegal stepped on candidates First Amendment rights of free speech. What? Are you kidding me? But they're right. I agree... Sign in to see full entry.
