“Plantation” Hill; Algore; “Chocolate” Ray; All Liberal, All Nuts, All the

The past few days have been great for the Liberals. They have come to fore with insanity, racism, and just some pure clean political fun. If they can keep this up then the Conservatives are shoo ins to win elections and the hearts of the American people. "Plantation" Hill was speaking to a "mostly... Sign in to see full entry.

The word “can’t” is not in my vocabulary

One of our new workers accidentally threw out my dogs insulin. My poor old Dalmatian is a diabetic and needs here insulin. I went to a local clinic on Sunday inside of a very large pet store. I brought my box and vial of an old prescription of insulin with me. The sign behind the counter said the... Sign in to see full entry.

Iran better be careful

Iran is playing with some dangerous stuff in their nuclear program. The Europeans have taken the lead in trying to negotiate with the Iranians to quit doing what they are doing. I think the Iranians think the Europeans are weak and are all talk and won’t take any action. I think they are probably... Sign in to see full entry.

Democrats are pretty much cooked now; they look a little dumber than usual

The staffers went through the boxes. They could not find anything that showed he took part in the organization he joined way back. So Judge Alito probably could not remember much about what he did because he didn’t do what the Democrats were hoping for. He was not a member of the organization that... Sign in to see full entry.

As I watched and listened to the Alito hearings yesterday it struck me that the Democrats must realize they really can’t stop this man from being elected to the Supreme Court. He is very qualified. So they are pulling our all sorts of tricks to just embarass they guy. Ted Kennedy has to be one of... Sign in to see full entry.

This is not good news for the liberals!!

Americans divided on domestic spying Poll also finds willingness to give up some personal privacy, though I don’t think this poll is what the Democrats and liberals in the country wanted to see. With the country divided almost evenly on this issue and both political parties splitting on the issue... Sign in to see full entry.

Gennifer Flowers; that’s a name we hadn’t heard in years

SAN FRANCISCO - A former lover of President Clinton on Monday lost her effort to revive a defamation case against his wife, Sen. Hillary Clinton, and two of the former president’s top aides. Former cabaret singer Gennifer Flowers came to public attention during the 1992 presidential campaign when... Sign in to see full entry.

Alito hearings to begin this week

This week will be the beginning fo the Alito hearings. This is a time when the Senators get to do the posturing and the grandstanding and the nominee gets to respond to most of what they say. The Senators ask very few direct questions! They all talk for a few minutes, giving their views on... Sign in to see full entry.

That says it all!

writeroflight’s post yesterday was a masterpiece and of course, not reported, by the big, national news media. In the storm brewing in Washington over Jack Abramoff and Tom Delay and other such happenings, the media has conveniently talked mainly about Republicans and how they are doing wrong.... Not news articles, but opinion pieces

I know I gripe and moan about our big news media, but I think most of it is warranted. What is my big gripe today? Well, it is opinion pieces being passed off as news by media organizations. Here is a good example! A headline on the Internet this morning reads: "Bush spying on shaky ground?" The... Sign in to see full entry.
