How is the Death of Sons and Fathers Considered Victory?
I was flipping through channels early this morning and stopped at a religious program. The minister was in the middle of a prayer, asking for God’s for victory in Iraq. He asked that all of the brave American soldiers be brought home safe and asked again for victory in Iraq over “our enemies”. While I too hope that all American soldiers return home safely, I cannot in good conscious, ask that we be victorious in Iraq. First off, I oppose war, whether it is this war or any other.
