Ho'oponopono
I read an article over the week end about an ancient Hawaiian healing system called ho‘oponopono, and what I read blew me away. According to Hawaiian shamans, ho‘oponopono heals others by healing one’s self. Ancient Hawaiians believed that everything that is real starts as a thought.
