The Light After Death Does Not Always Come

In the last installment, Lanny didn't want to watch his mom get the call about his death, so he and Death leave his parent's house. I watched as Death disappeared. Doing as he said, I focused my mind on going with him and the next thing I knew I was kind of floating next to him in some kind of void or something. And it wasn’t really me floating.
