So I had to get more sincere about exercise
For me sincere means building it in. I have arranged to pick one of the women from the rehab up and take her for a brisk walk to get her endorphins going. So it will get mine going whilst I walk along and listen to her talking out her afflction. I will take my camera and get some shots. Hope this... Sign in to see full entry.
