Chicken or Chicken?

In English we call it Chicken. In Mexico it's Pollo and pronounced Po-yo. In Italy it's Pollo and pronounced Po-lo. In Texas at the Italian restaurants you can order Po-yo Calabrese because people here are so used to seeing the word Pollo on menus at Mexican restaurants and well, not knowing any...
