NO POEM TODAY BUT A QUESTION ABOUT ONLINE LEGAL STUFF?? help

Does anyone know what license you need in CA to have a web page with online business? Not selling other people's things, but selling ebooks, writing, photos, etc. What does a freelance writer need?
