The guardian ad lidem
Things haven't been moving much meaning we still have Piggens. Joyce talked to his guardian ad lidem and she appeared to be taken back by what had transpired, especially when she heard the cousin had talked to Piggens alone. The DSHS seems to be wanting to be rid of Piggens to the state of Texas so they would never have to deal with Piggens dad Charlie again.
