Things do look positive sometimes-they can't tell us exactly what's going on but they try to reassure Joyce to keep working for a future with Piggens. It makes Joyce happy of course but it makes her worry about her living situation and her finances, and no car of her own, and being a somewhat disabled fiftysomething with a energetic little boy.
