after 6 months , another wait

i finally got in to see the dermatologist today, she only shows up at our va clinic every six months. i made this appointment last oct. she looked at my leg and asked how long i had noticed this on my leg, i told her last oct it was the size of my thumbnail and now it covers half my lower leg. she... I'm already behind

Usually this is the time i would start pruning, but i am as confused as nature. everything is growing and my trees have leaves and my fruit trees have bloomed.
