Because they are afraid of many people panicking and going off the deep end. So, they try to cover it up the best way that they can. But, they can not stop all of the leaks from within their own system. The story takes place high up in the Rocky Mountain Range, in the state of Oregon. If you don't believe that some things just don't exist, wait until you have read this book. The most unusual things have come to light. Could it be fact or fiction? You be the judge. For even myself have seen some things that should have never been possible.
