In Working Mood..

Hi.. The last few days, I managed to found more time to write. So, I'm posting 2 parts at the same time. I would also like to thank everyone who have commented on 'A Glimpse of The Past' so far. I wrote the story over a very long period, which obviously went through a lot of dynamics of moods.... Sign in to see full entry.

A Glimpse of The Past (Part 9)

A few days went passed without much ‘actions’ going on, mostly because it was the time for review quizzes at school. But as always, life always has dynamics. It is never peaceful for eternity.. It is already past midnight. Aga fell asleep less than an hour ago, after doing his homework for tomorrow.... Sign in to see full entry.

A Glimpse of The Past (Part 8)

Very early Saturday morning, and Ira is ready to do her morning run. She opens her front gate and locks it again behind her. Then, she starts walking for a few meters before she slowly starts running. After running around the public park for half an hour, Ira stops inside the park and starts her... A Glimpse of The Past (Part 7)

“You’re not going home?” Aga arrives at the bus stop right when Ira lets her bus home go. Ira shakes her head, “I’m going to the bookshop at the mall first. There’s no school committee programs for a couple of weeks, I have time to read. I saw the new books’ review on the library board, some of them... Sign in to see full entry.

Some updates..

Hi all.. I'm really sorry for the long inactive period.. I got caught up in between daily-routines and rainy days which caused the internet to be a little unstable (I'm never really sure about the real connection between weather and internet.. but glitches do happen during bad weather!) I am using... Sign in to see full entry.

A Glimpse of The Past (Part 6)

Ira sighs and growls softly as she repeats the sentence she is reading with a louder voice. She can’t seem to get the sentence into her head and she needs to finish the essay she is doing for tomorrow’s history class. Strangely, these last few days she can’t seem to concentrate well in her study.... Sign in to see full entry.

A Glimpse of The Past (Part 5)

A few days have passed since that afternoon in the Music Room. Aga is still trying to find the best way to talk to Ira, while Ira is already busy with another school committee program, Charity Week, which takes her mind off her personal business for most of the time. However, forgetting never means... Sign in to see full entry.

Translating.. a real challenge..

Hi all.. I'm really sorry for a week without any posting.. The translating project (my story).. as I guessed, was not the easiest thing to do. Language is always closely-related to history and local customs. Therefore, it is very much dependant on feelings and ways of thinking. That is the trickiest... Sign in to see full entry.

A Glimpse of The Past (Part 4)

“Hey, Chief! We’re ready. How do you want us to start?” Ira is startled by Ryan’s question. She doesn’t realise that the Back Alley boys are already standing next to her at stage side. This is THE DAY that all students have been waiting for, The School Music Festival! Ira and other students in the... Sign in to see full entry.

A Glimpse of The Past (Part 3)

Two weeks later.. School ground is already quiet when Ira walks out to go home. She has been busy with the school music festival preparation and the reporting that needs to be done to the teacher responsible of the event. Near the public park on the way to her home, all in a sudden, two guys... Sign in to see full entry.
