Hypocritical?
I got a comment from a fellow blogger on my post about the downstairs neighbor whose smoke was disrupting my mornings on my balcony. I don't smoke and the smell of cigarette smoke really lights me up(so to speak). Anyway, he suggested that I might be being a little hypocritical in my post. I thought...

Trying to be funny...
You know, it is strange that I can think of the most hilarious things to blog when I'm, say, in the car going to the store, or even while I'm in the store. But, when I sit down to write I'm not funny at all. Maybe if I didn't stop and read the headlines on my home page before I got here it would...

What I know, now...
I was asked by a fellow blogger to define my beliefs for him, so I posted a comment on his bolg. I would like to share that comment as my "blog for the day". It may help you understand where I am coming from if you choose to read more of my posts: Frist I would like to thank you... Thank you for...

Staying positive, or trying to.
I find myself here early this morning. My downstairs neighbor has driven me to it! I'm trying as hard as I can NOT to wish her harm; harm I might add that she is inviting upon herself. She is out on her paito SMOKING one cigarette after another. Naturally her "fowl stench" languidly drifts up and...

Mother's Day again!?
Hats off to you moms who have gladly suffered the pains of raising children. From the every-two-hour-feedings to the late night pacing while you wait for your teenage driver to return home after a date. At it very best motherhood is a trial of monumental proportion, at worst it will rip your heart...

Blogit protocol?
I'm just wondering if maybe I missed something...an unspoken rule or something like that? Sometimes it seems that some of my abrasive truths are hard to find around here. What is the deal?

Is history always truth?
I wanted to post something light and unimportant this morning, but it hasn't worked out that way. I sit here feeling the need to express my own thoughts on the coming world changes and their effects on the human race and the world as a whole. Let me start with the history recorded, or reported in...

Cougars now?
I watched Primetime Live on ABC last night. I found the piece they did on "Cougars", AKA older women who go out with younger men, thought provoking. Apparantly there is a trend toward the acceptance in society of the older woman-younger man relationship. This can only be a good thing as I see it....

What you can believe
In regards to the post I read in a blog from Ariala this Morning: I find it intresting that you can't believe in things that you seem to have some evidence of, and yet you can believe all the magical things that Jesus was supposed to have done as reported by people who say they were writing the word...

Marijuana and health
Just a shorty this morning as I am about to take my tower in for some R and R.:) It was the concern of one of our bloggers that while the economics of decriminalizing marijuana might be sound, the health risks for long term abusers still are not known. There are many health related issues connected...
