this bill is an ethics bill. it is also a "sunshine" bill that requires disclosure of groups that pay "grassroots" lobbyists. (sec 220) some fundamentalist Christians have a problem with this sec 220, but it does nothing to limit free speech or expression of religion. personally i think this bill is...
