Replacement Works Well for Diet Plans

CCT's comment about my new cheese discovery is reinforcing my new diet plans. I will make a willful decision to lay off the portions and even some of the newly discovered cheese and work to keep those sidebars and that belly fat under control. I have lost 4 good pounds since seeing my vacation... Sign in to see full entry.

Try Another Way

Aged Swiss Cheese Melt I had some Sargento Aged Swiss Cheese that wasn't working with turkey cold cut sandwhiches. Then I thought to melt it on top of a thin slice of Italian deli bread and Voila', A new snack I am wild about. First I lightly toasted the Italian bread then microwaved the Aged Swiss... Sorry Sweet Charlotte Parker Dandy

Sorry I had to evict my spider tenant. Last night when I came in, Charlotte was much bigger and fatter and creepier looking, and there was another of the same type hanging on my balcony roof in a similar web. I sprayed every crack and crevice in the apartment around them last night with that nasty... Sign in to see full entry.

Spider Pics Coming

I went out last night and took pictures of the spider web and the spider hanging still in it. The web would not show in the daytime that I could see. It might be a while before I can publish the pics since I have to wait until the card is full not to have more annoying repeats; this program doesn't... Sign in to see full entry.

American Spider

Since the spider is one of the few True Blue Americans around me; it will stay for a while if it follows the house rules, Kabu nicely outlined, which I would also have to insist on. No coming in the house, no hundreds of little spiders. You should see it's web now. It is one of the biggest and best... Sign in to see full entry.

Spider Fascination Lessons

Last night I came in and the spider was swaying in the wind hanging on the bottom of a torn web. I cannot know if the maintenance people knocked its web down while repairing or if the wind and rain knocked it out. I kind of felt bad for it and went in and left it hanging. Today there is a big thin... Sign in to see full entry.

Spider Report

Well, the individual as built the biggest, best web ever in that spot and is hanging upside down in it at this time. It is going from the roof to the rail at a diagonal angle and has survived a sometimes hard sometimes steady rain all day today. There are several food items already there and the... Spider Dilemna

A spider keeps building his web on the iron railing to the roof beside my apartment door. I have knocked the web off about 4 times now, but he has just built a bigger web this last time. Although I loathe spiders as a whole, I wanted to leave this one alone and just let him go somewhere else, since... Sign in to see full entry.

What is Amusing Slang vs. Racial?

I seem to be a bit two-faced on the racial issue at times when I face reality. First I condemn racial terms, but then I think milder ones fit. I like hearing some of the Klan type whites described as Crackers and don't really mind some of the milder terms with other races when they are rough enough... Sign in to see full entry.

Black Belt Teen Beats Shark

I have to put in a word of admiration for the 14 year old male teen who punched the shark off of him in South Carolina. He is a second degree black belt in karate who was tested in the ocean. He and his sister were playing sharks in the water when one actually grabbed his foot. The young teen... Sign in to see full entry.
