A Real Change?

A Real Change? Has there been a real change in Washington or the U.S.? Or is this new look just packaged better? They have gotten big perks and prizes for looking different, and appearing to be more Democratic. I cannot prove it, but I am not convinced that the U.S. has left it's elitist Government...
