Our garden froze last night...
We had a hard freeze last night, so today I was picking all the green tomatoes. I'm not sure if I'll freeze them or what. I've made green tomato pie before and also fried green tomatoes are pretty good. We had a lot of tomatoes from the garden that we picked before it froze, so I made some cooked salsa today. My husband said it was good.:) I also dug up some volunteer red potatoes. I weighed them and there was 1.5 pounds. I think we may have a lot in the lower garden. I should see if Gideon will...
