Foreign debt increased 21 billion dollars in a recent quarter. Let's see, 21 billion divided by, oh, round it to ninety days, 21,000,000,000 = twenty three and a third million dollars daily. 90 Maybe we could hock the Interstate Highway System. The Russians need a good one.
