FEELING HAPPY DOESNT LAST

Why is it when you feel happy and things seem to be going along really well, something hits you and it brings you really down? For the first time in a long time I am happy, but I just realized that I only have about 25 more years to live. That sounds like a long time, but I think back 25 years ago...
