Well here I am again. At Ft Hood Texas. Where it all began 16 months ago. It has not changed much really...at it sure seem nice to be back. I have been here since Monday. Last night, at about 0130 I left the combat zone for the last time. Well until the next time that is. Ha ha. One year ago today I was in Houston, Texas participating in a 4th of July parade in which I rode in the back of duece and a half truck with other soldiers in my brigade. So the war is raging over here and there is bad news after bad news coming out of Baghdad. We are on target for another tough month here in Iraq. But THANK GOD WERE NOT PARIS HILTON!!!.
