THE KIDS DID GOOD AT BOWLING
They did much better than I did in fact. We spent the afternoon with a group we belong to do a 'Turkey Shoot' where we bowl to win turkeys. KIDS, THE PERFECT WORKOUT MACHINES
I have been trying to wrestle with my boys a lot lately. I really have noticed that I do feel better if I spend an hour or so every night wrestling around and getting some exercise with them.
