I'M FREE!

I've lost track of the number of workouts I've done. My body is tightening up and bouncing back. My legs feel strong, and I was losing the ability to stand or walk; my right knee was popping and the tendons were slipping out of place. I'm in the vecinity of 21 workouts in 28 days.
