Sunny hot and luscious! I sat in the sun this morning for five minutes only, interrupting my meditation to clean the guest room (mother-in-law apartment) do bedding, towels etc. I was selected to cook oatmeal, and I snuck a leftover crust of last night's French bread au jus beef sandwiches, put...
