Platypus Diving

This was a Plastic Stencil scanned in to Photoshop Elements 4 Cropped and transported into MSPaint After main painting finished it was transported back into Photoshop Elements and the water enhanced It was then croped and loaded This is a simple way of starting the kids off with an image in MSPaint...
