..................Change The World!! What Would You Do??...................

I was asked recently what type of changes in governmental policies and activity I would strive toward if given the chance - here is my response and the challenge bounced forth...:) These thoughts concern foreign policy; I do have some ideas for domestic changes too - perhaps another post.
