Slept well with just half a lorazapam and half a trazodone last night. Woke up in the middle of the night itching but benadryl took care of that. My computer and I have both been a bit under the weather. Using library computer now. Mine can't connect to the internet, probably just a matter of calling the cable company and having them push a button in their office. I continue to be tired even though I'm sleeping well. kinda tired today. Phone rang early this morning. Telemarketer. Not sure if that's what's woke me up but I turned the volume down to make sure it doesn't happen again. Stayed home from class. Feeling better today. Tried the trazodone by itself but that didn't work but once I took lorazapam zzzzzzzzz. So I know I always sleep well when I take both I guess yesterday was an aberration. Slept well but late, medication seems to make me sleep more. I can live with that as long as I feel good the rest of the day. Made it to school early. I'm glad. medication made me a little groggy today but that may be because I took it later than usual. If I'm groggy tomorrow I'll make an adjustment. Went to the Nats game last night.
