Well into the fifth Harry Potter book now...

and the plot thickens. I am very pleased with the way Rowling maintains continuity and character development going. I am finally reading J.K.Rowling's Harry Potter books...

I decided I'd better. I have been putting it off for one reason or another for years, now I am going to start book four tonight. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - and I am looking forward to it...Yay! I knew she had to be good, just from the runaway popularity and from the movies, but she is... Sign in to see full entry.

Here is another reading response...

this one on Information Theory... see if it means anything to you... On Information Theory: Language and noise. His approach to the understanding that language is, in and of itself, a complex code, resonates with me. I have spent time overseas, and with many people whose first language is not... This is the third reading response I turned in today...

( And I think I just fixed the width of this blog)... On The Gold Bug Variations, and the most important thing I got out of the begining of the book is a quote...I hope you like it as much as I did... On The Gold Bug Variations: I like the way this guy writes. He is very literary, which is not... Sign in to see full entry.

Just watched The DAY AFTER TOMORROW, on DVD...

Great special effects, gotta love LA getting shredded by tornados...and the flood of New York was cool, the movie wasn't that great, really, otherwise. The Science was good though; the scenario that was mapped out in the movie will happen, though probably less dramatically, and it may very well... Sign in to see full entry.

The New Laurel K. Hamilton novel...

Incubus Dreams, was released this week, yet another must have book to distract me from my studies.
