Beware of your wishes...
Wishes are fleeting things most of the time I suppose... wants, needs, and desires though may be relatively consistant. What I need, that I don't have, is intellectual equals for friends, and passion in a relationship. The lack of passion at this point is no one's fault, a combination of hormones...

Went to a research meeting for Sociology Club today...
We will be going out with the Good Samaritans meal wagons to conduct surveys upon local poofolks availing themselves of a free lunch. The object is to get a statistical picture of the poverty demographic in Stanislaus county. Last year, a few Soc classes did a similar survey in Turlock, next Tuesday...

Blast from the past...
It's the summer of '84 and I just got my licence to drive, this made me nearly a god in my own eyes. The fact that my parents gave me the '75 Chevy Van with the bed in the back (ok it was a 4" thick foam pad on a raised platform, but I kept sheets and blankets on it), increased my stature enormously...
