that I was cooking dinner for the tripple birthday celebration tonight...my mom, my little sister Stephanie, and her son Cole. All three Christmas Eve babys. Lasagna Towers...the secret of presentation...
first put a large pot on to boil with some kosher salt and olive oil. Chicken BBQ'd on a mat of fresh rosemary...

Easter dinner turned out to be perfect in every way...

Jimmy's Atomic Habenero Sauce....
The key is the carrots...First you need a blender, 2 qt variety. Take about a pound of habenero peppers, de-stem and drop into blender, this should fill it about 3/4. Add 1cup baby carrots.
