cold and damp today
last night instead of fruit i had a stuffed pepper. i dont know is it is the same with everyone, but when the weather is cold i tend to eat more comfort food, hot cooked foods. and usually with bread. when the weather is hot i tend to drink more water and eat more salads and fruits. although i did...
