North Dakota weather know one ever seems to be ready for. Our first snow and frost came early this year. This lead to people slipping and sliding across the roads, which led into plenty of accidents some as serious as life and death and others just resulting in finder benders.You would think people that has lived in this state all there life would know how to drive in it and know what to expect but every year it's like the people here are just driving for there first time.
