I swallowed hard. I heard what the doctor had said to me but somehow I couldn’t quite take it in! An Ulcer? At my age? The doctor said that he wanted to send me to the hospital for an endoscopy to confirm. I sat in the hospital with my partner Andy, anxiously waiting for my name to be called out!...
