Description of unfair pay history for writers and performers of the 60's

I need help in getting fair treatment of my record or the 60's era, a record  called (Missing You & Baby Cakes) by Loretta Williams and the Otis Redding Band, I am seeking help to get my back pay for 40 years or suing BMI for not paying me my royalties, Atlantic Records of the Uk, who is distributing and selling my records now, with proof on the internet, and the Redding family, who has not alloted me my writers' rights and performance rights.

I have been turned down from getting membership in BMI but my name is in their computer bank under Otis Redding who was my producer and manager, booking agent, so all of my eggs were in one basket and this is why I haven't been paid in 40 years, I feel I am right to say its time for someone to help me get my pay. I am disabled and on Social Security and I need to be paid for my work.
