Report Abuse

I think I may have missed something somewhere.   I notice lately that some comments left on my posts have, after the ‘calling card’ note, another note urging (me or them?) to ‘Report Abuse.’  Who is going to be making the abuse, and what kind of abuse?   Just call me confused.
