Do Something Healthy for the Environment!....FREE TREES & PLANTS!!!........
Here is a wonderful site that offers free trees and plants. This is great in several ways. First, the place employs people with disabilities. Second, they rescue perfectly healthy plants that otherwise would just get thrown in the dump. Third, trees and plants help control air pollution and provide... Sign in to see full entry.

Peanut Butter has nothing on THIS!.........................................
I have a new love! It is organic Almond Butter from Kettle Foods. The sole ingredients are almonds and salt (there is an unsalted variety as well.) My favorite snack is crunchy almond butter with apple slices! Very filling and very healthy. Move over peanut butter! Sign in to see full entry.

Tai Chi takes the cake.....................................................
The girls and I tried the Simply Tai Chi DVD which came with the book I bought yesterday. I'm REALLY gonna like this! It's so cool and even doing the warm ups made me feel more energized. Unlike the warm ups for aerobics which just make me feel tired and out of breath. Highly recommended! Sign in to see full entry.
