I finally decided to DO SOMETHING about my chronic sinus crap..............

I've toyed with the idea of using a Neti Pot for several months. Today, I finally took the plunge. Using the Neti Pot made my sinuses feel sooooo much better I wonder why I didn't do it sooner!! Most articles one reads on using a Neti Pot encourage the use of said pot daily with a lukewarm saline... Sign in to see full entry.
