If you've never had a Reiki session, I highly recommend it.................

I had my first Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) session last night. A friend came over and preformed it for me. She's good too. Found all my trouble spots without me saying a thing! I finally decided to DO SOMETHING about my chronic sinus crap..............

I've toyed with the idea of using a Neti Pot for several months. Today, I finally took the plunge. Using the Neti Pot made my sinuses feel sooooo much better I wonder why I didn't do it sooner!! Healthy green tea with the added benefit of Ginseng........................

There's nothing more relaxing after a hard day at work or taking care of kids than a hot cup of tea! Whole grain vs. marshmallow...hmmmmmm......................................

I've been trying to increase our consumption of whole grains and fiber while decreasing our dependence on sugars and carbs. Part of my plan includes Nature's Own whole wheat, sugar free bread. Thank goodness for Coldcalm................................................

I've had a horrible cold the last few days. I haven't had a cold this bad in YEARS! Thank goodness I happened to have some Coldcalm on hand. Ham Florentine Wreath Recipe from Pampered Chef

My husband and kids absolutely LOVE this dish. It's very easy to make and presents beautifully. I take this to potlucks and it always gets rave reviews.
