Don't you hate it when . . . .

A few days ago I noticed a job posted in one of the webmaster forums I belong to for the installation of an ecommerce store. The individual asking to have the work done wasn't really sure of his needs or what type of shopping cart software he wanted to use. We went back and forth in dialog a fair...
