What Is This *&(^$? James can't make a decent cup of coffee!

Caffienne and nicotine are two staples of a salesman's diet. I'm part of the new breed of mobile home salesmen. I don't chain-smoke and I limit myself to two or three cups of Starbucks coffee a week.
