Well, Everything Went According to Plan ...

There was a reason I couldn't sleep last night. Everything I feared would happen came true. We did not close. The construction schedule has been thrown out of whack. My funding will be delayed and now I am $500 in the hole and have less than $40 to my name. Not even the thought of six closings... Sign in to see full entry.
