The Poor Get Poorer Treatment

Well, today I was supposed to see my doctor, as a follow-up to that ER visit the other night. But I ended up not being seen. In fact, I ended up leaving the office building in tears. Again. Usually, I don't make follow-up appointments after ER visits unless I have a few dollars to put toward my... Sign in to see full entry.

The Aneurysm Story

My story begins back in October 2009, two days before Halloween. My husband and I were working as a husband-wife merchandiser team. I was actually a merchandiser (a.k.a. "vendor") for 6 different companies, and my husband often helped me in my work. He had signed on with two of them and we were a... Sign in to see full entry.
