Socialism, Socialist and Sociology

In a previous post I stated that I thought of myself as a “Socialist” more than a Republican or Democrat. I’d like to clear up some confusion over terminology. First, I studied socialism in a very basic way, as most college students do through the historical context of America vs. Russia and the politics involved there.
