May the FORCE be known
Our experimentation in Democracy, or rather, a representative Republic, is ever evolving--much as societies of history attest to for thousands of years. There is a pattern to human behavior, like there is to nature, the solar system, the functioning of any thing within the universe. Atheist call it evolution when discussing the physical realm.
