No Change There, Then!

There's a trend in the UK that is disturbing, and it's starting to spread. We have 'pay-and-display' car parks here, whereby the driver finds a parking space, feeds coins into a vending machine, which then spits out a ticket to display in the window, proving you've paid for the privilige of parking...
