Two things I'll never understand..

Why some people still refuse to surrender thier unwanted newborns to a nearby hospital or police station instead of killing it and dumping it in a trash bin. State laws protect women who wish to give up their babies within 72 hours of birth with no questions asked, when they turn in their babies.... Sign in to see full entry.
