I finally got my high-speed internet, but, Verizon still sucks!...
Finally... Verizon called my house today and notified me that my internet service was ready, but, when I tried to connect...problems...as usual. So, when I called tech-support, the young man with an accent from across the planet told me that my status was still "pending"...I almost flipped! He told...

Here we go again!...
I lost internet service today, and was told by Verizon that it's because my high-speed DSL won't be ready until the 8th. When my son informed them that they e-mailed us two days ago, saying it was ready, they said the notice was sent by mistake. When he told them that we have been on the internet...

I'm back...sort of...
I got dial-up internet service until my high-speed internet is re-connected, and like I commented on Bel's blog, it is still...after all the years of it's existence...excruciatingly slow. So, that, I won't be as active on blogit and e-mail as I usually am, especially when it comes to downloading...

My internet service is through my phone company, Verizon, which is being transferred to my other apartment tomorrow, but, it could take until August the 8th for my internet service to be activated there.
