"A Sign?"
I will let you in on a secret. The first three months they started this national prescription coverage, Medicare Part D, everyone from the top on down was in a dither. No one seemed to know what was going on, how to charge, even where the Medicare Part D insurance cards were. I have yet to receive any card!
